MERIDIAN

Branding for 37-floor Residential Rental Project for one of Vancouver's Leading Property Developers

Working in collaboration with our design partner, Monograph&Co, we created a full visual and written brand for Meridian, a 37-storey rental development in West Coquitlam. 

 

With _ residential units, Meridian represented Townline’s largest rental project in the company’s 40-year history. Scribe and Monograph & Co were tasked with developing a brand for the building that reflected the exceptional rental opportunities and the growing sophistication of Townline’s rental portfolio.

 

The brand was built around Meridian’s unique USPs: the buildings comprehensive amenity suite, its central West Coquitlam location, and its “era of exploration” visual theme that connected all spaces within the building. 

 

The project launched on October 1, 2024, and experienced full lease up within 2 months. (TBD).
